Unlike many grooming salons, we book every appointment start to finish — so your dog gets our groomer's full attention the entire time, with no overlap and no waiting around. They come straight in, get pampered by their groomer, and head straight home — or back to the pack if they're here for daycare or boarding.
It's a calm, low-stress experience we're proud to offer — and it's one of the reasons our clients trust us with their dogs.

Booking a groom in Gingr.
Grooming appointments are booked in the Gingr Client Portal on the web or the Pet Parent app. Here's how it works, from signing up to requesting your appointment.
Sign up in Gingr
Create your Gingr profile through the Client Portal — or in the Pet Parent app using invite code 790862 — and set up a profile for each of your pets. Keep your communication preferences turned on so you don't miss updates about your booking, then head straight to Grooming to request your appointment.
Select your pet & service
Select your dog, choose Grooming, then pick your service — Bath & Brush, Bath & Trim, or Bath & Full Body Haircut, or a drop-in Stand-Alone Service like a nail trim. Each service page explains what's included and shows full pricing. Booking more than one dog? Each pet is booked one at a time, so you'll repeat these steps for each.
Choose a groomer & time
Select a Specialist to see that groomer's openings, or hit Expand All to compare every groomer at once. "Next Available" (bottom right) jumps you to the soonest opening.
Add-ons & notes
Choose any add-ons, then leave notes for your groomer and answer a few quick questions — shampoo and bandana preferences, and pickup contact plus whether you'd like a call or text.
Review & submit
Check your cost estimate on the review screen — if it's your first booking, it'll show $0.00. Tap Submit Request to send us your booking.
What happens after you submit
Your booking comes through to us as a request for our team to accept. The moment you request a time, that slot is held just for you. Once we accept your reservation, you'll receive a confirmation email. Final pricing can vary with your dog's size, coat, and condition.

Pricing is based on your dog's size and coat. Choose a service type below, find your dog's weight, then read across to the right coat length. Ranges are a guide — final pricing may vary based on your dog's coat condition, temperament, and desired grooming style.
Every groom includes
A bath with professional-quality shampoo, hand blow dry, thorough brush-out, gentle ear wipe, nail trim, and paw pad shave. Complimentary feet and sanitary trims are available on request.
Bath & Brush
A bath and brush with no trimming. Suitable for any dog — shedding breeds (Labs, German Shepherds, Huskies, Beagles) or low-shedding breeds between full grooms (Doodles, Poodles, Yorkies, Maltese).

A bath with light trimming and shaping. Shedding breeds (Aussies, Goldens, Bernese) get body, face, feet, and tail tidied. Low-shedding breeds (Yorkies, Maltese, Doodles, Poodles) get face, feet, tail, and sanitary area tidied.

A full-body haircut clipped and scissored to your preferred length. For low-shedding, hair-coated breeds whose coat grows long — Doodles, Poodles, Yorkies, Shih Tzus, Maltese, Schnauzers, Wheatens, Bichons.

Bookings & Cancellations
Grooming is booked through the Gingr portal — see How to Book above. For help finding a time or any questions, email, text, or call us anytime.
If you need to cancel, please give us 24 hours' notice. A no-show or short-notice cancellation may be charged a cancellation fee.
Running late? Please call to reschedule — we can't accept arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.
Policies
For the health and safety of every dog in our care, we cannot groom dogs that have fleas, lice, or have been recently skunked (we will groom dogs that have had a few at-home baths following the initial skunking).
We're happy to groom unaltered females — but not while in heat, pregnant, or nursing.
